  • Security Coach for Executives, Law Firms, Security Managers, or Security Directors - Coaching and Consultant Services:  If you are an executive who finds that responsibility for "security" functions has been placed in your charge as one more important hat to wear, we can help you substantially. Reinventing the wheel can be costly in the extreme, and it is all too easy to unknowingly take an action that ends in damage or disaster, both large and small. If you're the executive that has placed someone in that position, we can help them navigate what is actually a very specialized area that is fraught with pitfalls, dangers, and liability when security functions aren't performed to standards or with insufficient documentation. With more aspects to security emerging than ever before in American business, even security managers and directors run into problems and areas that are foreign, not in their experience or training, new areas of risk where the right actions aren't sure or known. Tom Lekan has coached many new business and security executives, senior executives, and board members with great success, using experience and methods that decidedly make a difference. With the experience of creating security programs from A to Z in three major corporations, including helping a law firm establish their own security protocols, this level of security coaching can save a huge amount of time, money, and prevent considerable loss that at present may seem unforeseen. However, loss may loom on the horizon. Unwise actions and errors of judgment and mistakes of magnitude are documented in the newspapers and in balance sheets.
