Tom is the
primary security consultant delivering high level security consulting
services from Search First to organizations around the U.S. He is a
leading security practitioner and consultant who is locally and
nationally known in the professional security field. Tom appears with
some regularity on radio shows, in trade magazines, and in newspapers –
featured in U.S.A. Today, for example. In addition, he teaches
college courses and lectures on security and safety issues, economic
crime management, crisis response, and many other topics.
Drawing upon his in-depth experience as Director of Security &
Safety for all of the Nestle Corporation operations, Chief
Security Officer for KeyBank, N.A., and as Security
Consultant for Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, he
delivers high quality consulting and results. At KeyBank, Tom developed
and managed an investigative and security staff of 150 providing
services in this 25,000 employee organization with over 1,000 locations,
responsible for all critical investigative and security functions.
